Annmarie Fairweather has been the Human Resources Chief at Learning Ally since 2008. She is responsible for all of our processes that deal with Human Resources, People Management and Talent Management as well as the development of culture. Annmarie has a proven Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience having worked across a range of sectors, working with managers and teams in order to enhance business outcomes, particularly when there is growth or rapidly changing environments by creating, aligning and implementing a global human resources strategy. She served as an advisor to help translate the people and business strategies into strategies, goals, and enterprise-wide objectives by focusing on organizational performance as well as employee engagement and transformation. She enjoys learning and believes that the development of leaders as well as teams as the greatest competitive benefit. Her extensive experience includes working with Fortune 500 as well as mid-sized and small companies to develop and coach managers, and achieving outcomes, she has helped to create organizations that embrace the concept of learning, innovation and transformation. In addition, Annmarie has a desire to invest her talents and time to supporting the Learning Ally mission, she is currently providing support for a variety of non-profit organizations in her free time. Annmarie is part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is a committee that aims to helping women become leaders. Annmarie also offers training to the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
