Ina-Garten
Ina Garten is an acclaimed American cook book writer and Emmy award winning host of Food Networks current oldest show Barefoot Contessa which began in 2002 and has aired 27 seasons until 2020. Ina Garten started her career as a journalist at the White House where she wrote nuclear energy policies and budget papers. She initially found her career as stimulating intellectually, however she soon lost interest, and opened a grocery store that was called Barefoot Contessa. It took her 18 years to make the shop extremely popular prior to selling it before acquiring a pen and writing her first book. The cookbooks were followed by many more, and magazines columnists that followed. Her Food Network TV show also made its debut, and was a huge hit. In addition, she sells a variety of product from cooking ingredients to storage and equipment. Ina is an aspiring cook who has not attended a cooking school, nor employed in the kitchen. Ina's easygoing style of entertaining and her easy cooking style are well known. Some of her most popular recipes include Skillet and Roasted Lemon Chicken Mac and cheese Beef bourguignon, Mac and cheese paired with Beatty's Chocolate Cake as well as Lemon Bars.
